Provide us with your moodboard for home accessories and furniture. We will do sourcing according to your needs and assist with finalizing the PO based on the products you have chosen, manage the production process and do quality control.

Custom garments, jewelry, ceramics, leather goods, bags, wall art, furniture and home accessories. We can help finding a manufacturer for your project and assist with sample development, production management and quality control on the ground in Bali. For most garment styles we will work on the sample development in our in-house Sample Room. For other styles we will work closely with our artisan partners to develop the styles until they are perfect, before moving forward to production.

With our experience in production management, we know how important it is to have confirmed prototypes of a style before starting the production. Our technical fashion designer, pattern maker and seamstress work together compactly in our Sample Room to turn your ideas into actual garments that can be presented to the garment manufacturer for production. We will help with design consultation, fabric sourcing, techpacks (or update your existing techpacks as the sample develops), pattern making, finishing and fitting until the styles are perfect and ready for production. After your styles are confirmed from our Sample Room you will be provided with a construction brief for your production partner, patterns and a physical prototype to present to your production partner.

Our team can be hired to do quality control of your goods before they are shipped. This service is included in our production management services, but can also be booked separately for brands that already have an established relationship and workflow with their production partner.

If you are in Bali or plan to visit Bali, a sourcing tour is a great way to meet new artisans and suppliers. The tour schedule will be custom made according to your needs. In most cases we will do the tour in Bali, but we can also organize sourcing tours to our neighboring island Java.
