With our Remote Sourcing service, we act as your on-the-ground representative in Bali. Based on your brief, we identify and visit manufacturers and suppliers that are aligned with your project requirements. During each visit, we introduce your brand, clearly communicate your production needs, and ask the questions that matter most to you.
We assess key factors such as production capabilities, workflow, communication approach, and overall fit for your project, and we share our observations in a structured report. Where relevant, we also evaluate whether your project is best supported by a single partner or by multiple specialised partners, giving you a clearer view of your potential supply chain.
Rather than simply providing contact details, this service is designed to support informed decision-making. You receive first-hand insights and a professional introduction, giving your supplier collaborations the strongest possible start.

Step 1 - Briefing call : We start with a videocall between you and our sourcing team to discuss your brief and align on the goals of your project
Step 2 - Research & Shortlist : We’ll identify and shortlist suitable manufacturers that match the brief
Step 3 - Manufacturer Visits : Our team visits each manufacturer, introduces your brand, asks your questions, and collects visual documentation.
Step 4 - Sourcing Report Delivery: You receive a structured report with photos/videos, notes, and contacts.
Step 5 - Follow-up Questions: You can send us any additional questions within one week after receiving the report. We will follow up with the manufacturers on your behalf and share their responses.

Both are possible, it depends on your needs. If you are planning to buy white label products in bulk for your business, we will connect you with suppliers that suit your needs and moodboard. If you are planning to produce your own custom designs, we will connect you with a manufacturer that can produce your custom style.

The Remote Sourcing service focuses on sourcing only. After we have shared the report with you and answered your questions, you will continue to work with the manufacturers directly.

A typical remote sourcing project takes 4 weeks. If you need a faster turnaround, we can shorten the timeline to 2 weeks for an additional 35% express fee (subject to our team’s availability).
