We will create a custom itinerary for your sourcing tour to introduce you to artisans and suppliers that we have curated to work on your project. During the day you will be accompanied by our driver and a guide from our team. Lunch, water and snacks are included. And after the tour you can start working with the artisans/suppliers directly.

If you do not have the chance to visit Bali at this time, we can do remote sourcing for you. We will introduce your project to curated manufacturers for your project, and provide you with a report with all the details about each manufacturer including their feedback/comments about your project and designs.

Two in-depth consultation calls with a senior member of our team, designed to give you clarity and confidence before and during production. In these sessions, we deep-dive into your product plans, discuss the most suitable production strategy, and help you make informed decisions around supplier selection, sampling approach, timelines, and next steps. You’ll benefit from practical advice based on hands-on experience managing production in Bali, and have space to ask specific questions related to your designs, quantities, or challenges — ensuring your production process is set up in the most effective way from the start.

If, in the worst case, you are having difficulty reaching your manufacturer or feel that miscommunication is affecting your project, we’re only an email away. You can request our team to step in and contact the manufacturer or supplier on your behalf to clarify the situation and realign expectations between you and the manufacturer.

Our runner can assist with delivering or picking up materials, samples, or documents between your team and the manufacturer or supplier.

Before you share your documents with a manufacturer, you can request a one-time document review by our team. Send us your brief, order list, or tech pack and we will review it to ensure instructions are clear, complete, and easy for the manufacturer to understand. This helps reduce misinterpretation, unnecessary back-and-forth, and production errors before the process begins.

Let us know your packing list and ask your suppliers to send the products to our office, or let us know when they are ready so we can arrange pick-up. We will coordinate the shipment for you. For shipments by air you can use our DHL account (that gives you approximately 40% discount on shipping fees compared to the published rates). For shipments by sea we will collaborate with our cargo partner. Either way, shipments will be made easy.
